Get Registration Types

Returns registration type enumerations with scheme agency IDs per UAE FTA data dictionary. Each registration type includes a code (enum name) and scope (B2B or B2C). Used for SchemeAgencyId validation in party identification.

Use registration type codes when setting the scheme_agency_id field in party objects. The code identifies the type of registration document used for identification:

TL (Commercial/Trade License): For business entities registered in UAE
EID (Emirates ID): For UAE residents (individuals)
PAS (Passport): For non-UAE residents (individuals)
CD (Cabinet Decision): For entities registered under cabinet decisions
